PRODUCTION TIME All of our products are made to order. Our goal is to have all orders shipped out within 7-10 business days.

WE DO CUSTOM ORDERS If you have something specific in mind, want change of colors within the design and/or personalize it with such things as monograms, please message us on FB (Avelilly Boutique) with your ideas or questions! We choose high quality apparel. We would only want the best and assume our customers would want the same!

Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for delivery on these. All of our products are made to order. Our goal is to have all orders shipped out within 7-10 business days. Most of the time we can accomplish this. However, sometimes we are at the mercy of our vendors and shipping may be delayed for several days. Packages should arrive within 5-7 days of shipping. If you need an order shipped to you sooner, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do my very best.

Our items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Once your item(s) has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. Once your item has shipped it is out of my control so please know that once it leaves my hands I have no way to track an item more than you can. I cannot offer a refund for lost items but I can file a claim and get new items shipped out to you.

- Returns are NOT accepted on personalized, custom items unless they are damaged upon arrival.
- Colors may vary from monitor/printer. Please keep this in mind as you are ordering.

- Since all items are customized for each individual, we cannot accept returns, unless WE HAVE made a mistake.
- As stated, colors differ from monitor/printer to another, we cannot accept returns on products based on color discrepancies.
- As stated, t-shirt size measurements are provided in the listing. We do not give refunds or exchanges based on size discrepancies. All garments have a 1” tolerance width wise and length wise from the sizing charts. For example, if you order a size medium (body width = 20”), we will not issue a refund/exchange if the body width measures 19” or 21” from the stated body width within the listing.- Product Damages: If your product is delivered and is damaged, please take clear photos and message us explaining what has happened. If we can clearly see damage, and it is from deliver, etc., we will get back with you within 48 hours.
